Fees

My fees are consistent with the recommended fee schedule determined by the Psychological Association of Alberta. Currently, the recommendation for individual and couples therapy is $220* per 50-minute session. 

*At Steadfast Psychological, I am happy to hold sliding scale spots for clients who want to access psychological services, but a lack of insurance or low income prevent them from seeking help. My sliding scale fees are available based on a discussion of insurance benefits and household income. Please contact me to discuss.

Health care plans often cover services provided by a Registered Psychologist. Check with your employer or insurance provider to determine your coverage. 

A receipt and/or invoice will be given at the end of each session upon payment which you can submit for reimbursement from your health care coverage or insurance provider or file as a health care expense on your income tax return. 

Payment is required at the end of each session. If payment is missed, I will reach out to you to you remind you. If payment is continually missed or late, payment will be required before each appointment and online booking of future appointments may be suspended until payment is received.

Cancellation Fees

Full fee for cancellation will be applied without 24-hours’ notice and in the case of no-show appointments. This fee may be lowered under certain circumstances, which will be discussed further upon booking.
